Introducing the Book/DVD
Yoshiyuki Nezu
These books and DVDs introduce care techniques that eliminate the need for excessive strength.
Eliminating the need for strength means eliminating pain in the body (particularly the lower back).
The use of physical strength in care is the cause of lower back pain, but the correct use of the Nezu Care Technique almost completely reduces the burden on the lower back.
I have demonstrated this care technique in multiple training settings, and I have not once hurt my back.
Realistically, care work is mostly still done using physical strength, which places a burden both on the carer, and on the person being cared for.
I hope that you will use these books and DVDs to repeatedly learn and implement the techniques.
I hope that my care techniques will spread throughout the world, and be useful to all.

The technique is a new one in care, which has already been included in the teaching of students at Saitama Medical University, and adopted by leading professors and nursing managers due to the fact that it is kind to the lower back, and helps to reduce the risk of infection.

Special Edition "You can do it without physical strength!"
Lower back pain is an issue for many carers. This is because carers have to bear the weight of the people they are caring for, and move them around using their own strength. I have introduced a technique that allows care to be given with the minimum of physical strength, and little burden on the lower back.

Care technique using natural methods
Care using Shorinji Kempo
It is a revolution in care, which completely reverses what was common sense until now! The spirit of "helping one another", which is one of the principles of Shorinji Kempo, can be useful in caregiving.
It can be used when changing position in bed, to prevent people falling over, and when moving between the bed, a wheelchair and the toilet.
The "2025 problem" is coming to us all, and so it is important that not only care professionals, but also ordinary citizens and doctors – indeed, everyone – knows as much as possible about this simple technique.
